- Message us or visit the shop with your phone.
- We check the phone and your proof of ownership.
- We agree a fair price (by phone model) and tell you when to collect.
- You pay (cash, Orange Money or Afrimoney) and collect your phone.
Questions
Will I lose my data?
Screen lock and network unlocks usually keep your data. FRP and some account removals may need a reset, which erases data. We tell you before we start.
When can I collect my phone?
After we check your phone, we tell you the day and time to collect it. Message us any time for an update.
Do you unlock iPhones?
Yes, iCloud and Apple ID activation help is available with proof of ownership. Some cases cannot be done, and we say so honestly.
What should I bring?
The phone, your ID, and the receipt or box if you have them. Bring your SIM and charger too.
How do I pay?
Cash in the shop, Orange Money or Afrimoney.
Software rental
Need software for a short time? Rent genuine software by the day, week or month instead of buying it. Pay with cash, Orange Money or Afrimoney.

Frequently asked questions
How do I place an order?
Browse the services or the shop and read the details of what you need. Create a free account or log in. For a service, fill in the details it asks for (for example your IMEI or serial number) and place the order; the price is taken from your account credit. For shop products, add them to your cart and check out.
How do I check if my device is compatible?
Every service has a description with the models, brands or networks it covers. Compare it with your phone model, region and security patch level. The order form asks for your IMEI or serial number. If you are not sure, message us on WhatsApp before you order.
How long can a service take?
Each service shows an estimated delivery time. These are estimates, not promises: some services depend on the phone, the network or our suppliers. A service marked Busy may take longer, and Offline means it cannot be ordered right now.
Which payment methods are available?
Shop orders can be paid in cash, with Orange Money (Orange Money: 078 004 188) or Afrimoney (Afrimoney: 088 677 687). Service orders are paid from your account credit, which you add from Add Funds in your account using Orange Money or Afrimoney.
How do I track my order?
For a repair, use the Track my repair box on this page with your repair code and phone number. For shop and service orders, log in and open My account, then My shop orders or Order History.
What about refunds and failed orders?
If a service order is rejected or cancelled, its price goes back to your account credit automatically. You can cancel a service order that is still Pending from Order History. For shop orders or repairs, message us on WhatsApp and we will help. Repairs carry a 30 day warranty.
How do I apply for a reseller or distributor account?
Create an account, open My Profile, and press Request Reseller account or Request Distributor account. We review each request. Reseller and Distributor accounts get lower prices (5% and 10% off) and can see services meant only for them.
